Eritrean citizens living in Kuwait reaffirmed their readiness to live up to expectations in backing up development programs and safeguarding the nation's sovereignty. The nationals expressed their commitment in a public meeting they held on February 22.

Voicing their determination to meet any eventuality through standing alongside their people and government, the participants pledged to donate more than 100 dollars each towards reinforcing the development drive.

The Eritrean Ambassador to Kuwait, Mr. Mahmoud Omar Churum, gave briefings to the participants of the meeting on the objective situation in the Homeland, the on-going development programs and the role of Eritrean nationals inside the country and abroad.
