Members of the Eritrean Community in Egypt conducted a meeting recently focusing on the objective situation in the Homeland and the role of nationals at home and abroad, during which they reaffirmed their readiness to reinforce the national development drive.

The Eritrean Ambassador to Egypt, Mr. Fassil Gebreslassie, gave briefings to the participants of the meeting on development programs being implemented within the framework of the Warsay-Yikaalo Development Campaign, the efforts Eritrea is exerting to promote peace and stability in the region and the challenges Eritrean nationals in Egypt are facing.

The participants asserted their commitment to reinforce national unity and enhance their contribution to development programs in the Homeland.
