MEMBERS of Parliament from Northern Uganda have demanded that the government requests the International Criminal Court to lift the indictments against rebel leader Joseph Kony.
Addressing reporters last Friday, a group of infuriated legislators led by Mr Simon Oyet, ( Nwoya County) said the government should ask the ICC to cancel the indictments against Kony for people of northern Uganda to have peace.
