Adobe, one of the world's renowned computer software firms is set to re-establish its presence in Nigeria.

This follows the recent appointment of Licence to Learn WECA Limited as Adobe's regional distributor for West, East and Central Africa (WECA).

Licence to Learn, according to Mr. Martin Edenweze, WECA Sales Manager for the company, was granted sole right in 2006 to market both the Contractual Licensing Programme (CLP) and the Adobe Student shrink-wrap Product options.

This was born out of the need for a better and more cost effective method of purchasing Adobe products through a specialist technology distributor.

An official relaunch of Adobe will however, hold in Lagos in less than a fortnight.

He said the launch is aimed at repositioning Adobe's wide range of products in Nigeria as well as reintroducing the authorised reseller channel for the acquisition of original Adobe software.

"Since our inception we have made tremendous progress in setting up the right apparatus to ensure smooth effective, and timely distribution and availability of Adobe Products in this Region", he said.
