The Eritrean Ambassador to Qatar, Mr. Ali Ibrahim Ahmed, presented his credentials to President Mahmoud Ahmedi Nejad of Iran as Eritrea's non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Iran.

In the presentation ceremony on March 5, the Ambassador delivered a message of greetings from President Isaias Afwerki to President Mahmoud Ahmedi Nejad and the brotherly people of Iran.

The Iranian leader on his part wished President Isaias good health and peace as well as prosperity to the Eritrean people. He also wished development for relations between the two countries.
