Kampala — A man has been arrested after he allegedly pretended to be a Police officer and conned a woman.
The Police picked up Herman Kasule, who claimed to be aged 24, from the High Court on Monday after allegedly conning Hellen Ibanda from Mpumudde division. He purpotedly took sh60,000 from her to release a relative in Police custody.
