Luanda — A conference with the theme "Women and the elections" will take place this Thursday, in Luanda, in a promotion of the Ministry of Family Issues and Women Promotion (Minfamu).
This meeting will be held in the ambit of the March Woman commemorations and is to be attended by MPs, government officials, representatives of political parties, civic associations and churches.
The event will discuss topics like "Electoral systems", "Women and elections, experiences in SADC countries", "Angolan women's experience in politics" and "Materialising the 30 percent goal in political parties", among others.
The event will last two days.
