The minister of Public Works, Higino Carneiro is in Algeria since last Saturday, to share, during three days, experiences with his local counterpart on the entrusting and implementation of social infrastructures.

The Angolan official is being accompanied by an important delegation of his Ministry that shall visit various undertakings such as bridges, roads and tourism facilities.

Still on Saturday, the Angolan delegation met with the secretary general of the Algerian Public Works Ministry, in which the Angolan minister was represented by the director of the National Road Institute, Joaquim Sebastião.

Higino Carneiro's visit agenda also includes a trip to Tipaza city, where a new highway is under construction.
