Kampala — President Paul Kagame will today join nine other Heads of State in the Ugandan Capital Kampala during the inauguration of a mosque named after Libyan President Col. Muammar Gaddafi.
The President's office yesterday confirmed Kagame would be travelling today to Kampala. He last visited the Ugandan Capital last November during the Commonwealth Heads of State Summit.
