In recognition of the critical role dealers play in determining the success of its products, Dana Electronics Limited, the authorized distributor for Whirlpool products in Nigeria recently organized a one-day training workshop for its dealers in the country.
Mr. Massimo Maggioni, Whirlpool Corporation's Product Training Manager disclosed that apart from creating awareness on how its products work, the training is also an opportunity to introduce new products from the company to dealers.
"There are so many innovations from Whirlpool. One of them is the new French door refrigerator, which has an external ice and water dispenser. It is an optimal choice for space management," he said.
Also speaking at the workshop, Mr. Girish Mamtani, General Manager of Dana Electronics Limited said,"Whirlpool is the best and finest in the market in terms of home appliances. We recognize the important role dealers play in the distribution chain and that is why we designed to help them understand the functionality of our range of appliances. We believe that the knowledge acquired here will go a long way in boosting sales".

He described the washing machine as a highly versatileand optimally flexible appliance that can wash everything from small load up to big bulky loads without compromise.
While noting that the Whirlpool Chest Freezer remains the number one in the market, he said it has a removable gasket, which ensures a perfect seal between the lead and the cabinet. Other features include front side drainage for easier gathering of water when defrost.
