Nigeria: FG, EU Sign N736m Agreement On Technical Assistance

Abuja — The Federal Government and the European Union (EU) yesterday signed financing agreement worth N736million (4million Euros) to enhance aid effectiveness towards economic growth and poverty reduction in Nigeria.

The brief signing ceremony took place in the office of the minister and chief executive of the National Planning Commission, with Nigeria represented by the minister and deputy chairman of the National Planning Commission, who is also the National Authorising Officer (NAO) of the Commission.
