Many residents of Port Harcourt have continued to lament the epileptic power supply in their areas. They said they had expected to enjoy the service of PHCN during the Easter celebration but were really disappointed.

Residents in some areas like Wokoma, Ekulebia, and Dim etc in Diobu said they have not had the light since Good Friday.

They urged those charged with the duty of providing electricity to endeavor to address whatever could be behind the sad experience. Around the Mile one area of Ikwerre residents said power supply had been very erratic and poor.

"Power supply has been very poor in most parts of the state. Most of us had thought that with the Easter there would be improvement. But you won't believe that some areas like this my street now, Wokoma have not had the light since Good Friday", Mpaka lamented

In another development, suspected cultists exchanged fire around Dim area of Diobu Monday night. Though no life was lost but the shooting which occurred at about 8pm caused tension and panic in the area. Residents had to hastily shut their doors and gates for the night.

Vanguard gathered that a rival cult group had invaded one of the streets around Ojoto area that night for their target which they reportedly narrowly missed. And in the anger they chose to cause stir and panic in their area while leaving.
