Angry customers Tuesday vowed to burnt down the offices of the Beyba company, a local Financial Services, engaged in money wiring. Beyba had agents in the United States and across Europe. Tempers went high, when disgruntled customers were told that the company was faced by insufficient cash. Leaving home with high expectation of receiving monies sent by their loved ones overseas, these customers were disappointed when Beyba staffers informed them that the company lacked sufficient cash to meet the growing customer demand for that day. Angered by such newsflash, the customers went mad- threatening to set the building on fire.

One angry customer was Ebrima Jadama. Jadama has been walking back and forward through the offices of Beyba Financial Services for the past three days, without receiving his money. Jadama never minces his anger against Beyba. He openly blasted the institution by accusing them of ineptitude and lack of good customer care. At the time of speech, a big crowd of angry customers, have already thronged the offices of Beyba demanding to be paid. The customers appeared uncompromising. They could be heard voicing their dissatisfaction about the company's poor customer service.

Many customers have complained that when they go to receive their monies, the cashiers often tell them to wait the following day or wait your name has not appeared on the computer yet. This they said, has been going on for a long time.

The customers believe that Beyba staffers were bent on concealing the truth from them. That, the firm was cash-trapped and as such could not fulfill its financial obligations to its customers.

Anxiety and worry continues to grip the Beyba workers, following customers threat of setting the building ablaze. Looking at the faces of the workers, one could noticed fear and panic in them. The workers appeared visibly worried.

Isatou Tunkara, a customer said her husband had remitted money to her for the children at home, but she has not been able to lay her hands on the money. She says Beyba workers continually kept lying to her that the money was on its way. She said she had never seen such an appalling customer care in her life. She says Beyba Gambia shocks for real. She says she would not recommend Beyba to her family in the future for money wiring. "I am tired with their lies. Go and come go and come has finished the little money I have for my children." She tells the Freedom Newspaper.

The Beyba Financial Services was jammed by angry customers. The vicinity was blocked by aggrieved customers, who insisted in getting their money come what may.

Up to the time of going to press, angry customers were seen venting their anger at the dismal customer service at Beyba. The customers were yet to receive their monies.
