Nigeria: Rotary Club Donates Incubators to Warri Central Hospital

AS part of her contribution in the drive to reduce infant mortality within Warri and its environ the Rotary Club of Warri (District 9140) yesterday presented two incubators worth millions of naira to the management of the Central Hospital, Warri, Delta State.

The presentation is in fulfillment of the club's promise to the hospital and part of the Club's project for this Rotary Year in line with Rotary's intervention in the 3H of Rotary-Health, Hunger and Humanity.

The Club has also promised to give micro-credit to female traders in Warri before the end of April this year.

In a statement entitled "World Community Service Project" signed by the president, Rotarian Patrick Oganwu, he said the incubators donated was with the kind collaboration of Rotary Club of Cortona, Valdichiana (District 2070) Italy , adding that they are perfectly in good condition and working well.

He further stated that in the past the club has provided piped oxygen cylinders to the children's wing of the hospital with the aim of promoting human life on earth even as he charged the management of the hospital to put the equipment into judicious use.
