The House's committees on Judiciary, Concession and Agriculture following a public hearing agreed to US$2.00 charged by government as rental fees per acre of land occupied by Firestone.

They acknowledged that the aggregate amount the Liberian Government would accrue is US$237,930.

They also resolved that the US$115,000 that Firestone will provide for education be divided as follows: 35% should be allotted for students of Margibi; 15% for students in Montserrado County, while the remaining 50% should cater to students throughout the county.
