Nigeria: Obasanjo Neglected Army for Eight Years, Says Retired Officer

Abuja — Former president, Olusegun Obasanjo has been accused of neglecting the Army for eight years with the aim of becoming a life dictator.

This much,was revealed by the the retired Lieutenant Colonel Bashir Betara in an exclusive interview with LEADERSHIP at his Barnawa residence in Kaduna during the Easter holiday.
