In the wake of FC Kallon's goalless draw with Bo Rangers, Assistant Team Manager of Ports Authority has demonstrated his side's determination saying his team will never say die until their bones are rotten.

Before departing Freetown, Abdul Kanisure said the former Ports Authority General Manager, Nesto Percival Galley advised the players never to give up until the final whistle of the competition is blown.

"Indeed the impact of the former manager's statement is being felt now. We are back on top of the league table with just a match to go against Old Edwardians," explains Kanisure as he stressed that the never say die attitude will definitely be implemented against Old Edwardians.

Commenting on the performance of his boys, he said they deserve praise and promises to shower them with more praise when they complete their mission few weeks from now.

Refuting statements that Ports Authority are only a fortunate side after FC Kallon slipped on the log, the team manager rather described FC Kallon as fortunate saying his side should have won the league earlier.

"We gave them the chance to defend their title but they failed. It is an indisputable fact that the honour is now in our hands. We are going to win the title because since the commencement of the league, we've played like champions." Kanisure however called on his players not to be carried away as they need to put all necessary efforts to defeat Old Edwardians.

Ports Authority are leading the log with 50 points while FC Kallon are second with 49 points.
