DEFIANT and striking workers of the Ghana Railway Company (GRC) Limited, who have lost public sympathy as a result of their one-month old strike action, have collectively resolved to face the National Labour Commission (NLC) squarely, in court, rather than sign any Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to end the strike.
The MoU was proposed by the Parliamentary Select Committee on Roads and Transportation, as a means to end the one-month strike action, embarked upon by the workers.
