Mbai Gaye, the country's undisputable Mbalax and mix-cultural music star has released his latest album entitle the

breakthrough in the market.

The new album released in the world of musical market effective 27th March 2008, consisted of 8 beautiful melodious songs

such as the breakthrough which is specifically dedicated to the Gambian leader president Yahya Jammeh in honour of his

treatment of HIV and AIDS and other related deadly diseases, Serign Fallou, Jahleh, Njewelgi, Meache, Barcelona another

sound track dedicated to the horrible and unfortunate influx of African youth taken the risky route to the canaries Island

to Spain in the west, Mbagal and Baby Muhammed a specially song for the Gambian leader"s newly borned son.

Launching of this much awaited album will be held at the Atlantic Hotel in Bnjul on the 26th April 2008. The album which is

exclusively sponsored by the Gambian leader President Dr Alhaji Yahya Jammeh is a most for any musical lover to grasp a copy in the market said Mbai Gaye, the country's musical guru in an exclusive chat with the arts and culture recently.

Mr Gaye, took the opportunity and expressed deep sense of gratitude to the Gambian leader over what he called his human

generosity in sponsoring the album. He equally thanked all those in one way or the other contributed towards successful

releasing of the album in the market. According to him ,the album is available on DVD, CD and on cassette at different recording studious through out the Greater Banjul Area such as Kerewan Sounds in Banjul, Bumbastic recording studious in

Bambo, VP recording studious in Serekunda among others.

Amadou Sillah, technical and logistic manager of Mbai Gaye, urged fans and music lovers to graps a copy of the album in its

original form in the market. Mr Amadou Sillah described the new album as very educative and entertaining, saying Mbai Gaye

this time round came up in a totally different style which is manifested in the quality of the new album.
