Kampala — NORTH Korea's number two leader, Kim Yong-nam, is in Uganda on a three-day official visit, as part of a three-nation African trip to strengthen ties with developing countries.
International Affairs minister, Henry Okello Oryem, said Yong-nam will sign trade and defence deals with Uganda.
