The Eritrean Ambassador to Egypt, Mr. Fassil Gebreslasie, held talks with different Egyptian officials and professionals on bilateral relations and regional issues.

In a meeting on March 26 with the Chairman of the Egyptian Parliament's Economic Affairs Committee, Dr. Mustafa Seid, the Ambassador gave briefings regarding the objective situation in the region and Eritrea's positive role in resolving the prevailing conflicts as well as promoting peace and stability in the region.

Moreover, Ambassador Fassil conducted a meeting with a lady instructor and researcher at Cairo University on March 19, during which he exchanged views on Eritrean-Egyptian historical ties and Eritrea's role in regional issues.
