Luanda — Until Saturday afternoon, the mentioned women were in touch with the rescue team through a mobile phone made available to them through a canine technique.
The team supported by the National Reconstruction Department (GRN) and by construction firms collaborating with the Public Works Ministry, worked throughout the evening to remove the debris and reach cells on the ground floor.
By 08pm on Saturday, 151 people had been rescued from the ruins of the building, from which 102 have been transported to the medical centre of Sao Paulo Prison, nine are seriously wounded and four died.
At least 181 people were at DNIC when the building started collapsing.
