Luanda — The Civil Protection Service's rescue team removed from the collapsed National Criminal Investigation Department (DNIC) seven-storey building three more dead bodies, apart from the eight that were already pulled out in the first hours of Monday.
With this number, the death toll rises to 24 who were already pulled out from the debris of the seven-story building that hosted the headquarters of DNIC, which fell down on Saturday dawn.
The corpses were taken to Luanda General Hospital, in Camama suburb, Kilamba Kiaxi district.
Relief operation is still underway, as well as the recovering of some criminal files.
