The general-consul of Angola to Johannesburg, South Africa, Narciso do Espírito Santo, said that the consulate has been working hard in order to register all Angolan citizens living in that country.

According to a communiqué issued by diplomatic representation, delivered Monday to ANGOP, in Luanda, the consulate has recently assessed the provinces, under his jurisdiction, namely Pomfret, North West, Limpopo and Mpumalanga, that host some 10,000 Angolan citizens.

The institution is engaged in a comprehensive programme centred on the communities that will enable the learning "in loco" of their difficulties, stressed the source.

According to Narciso do Espírito Santo, the difficulties of the Angolan community living in South Africa range from entering higher education to job opportunity.
