Eritrean nationals residing in Jezan and Kemis-Mishit, Saudi Arabia, reaffirmed their readiness to back up national programs in meetings they recently conducted.

The Eritrean Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Mr. Mohammed Omar Mahmoud, gave briefings to the participants on the objective situation in the Homeland and future work programs.

Noting that any act of enemy hostility would as ever be rebuffed through the Eritrean people's firm unity and steadfastness, the participants donated 12,200 Saudi Riyals during the meeting. They also pledged to contribute at least 50% each of their monthly salary for the national cause.

Likewise, Eritrean citizens who live in the Australian city of Melbourne and its environs reasserted their readiness to live up to the nation's expectation. They also donated 42,000 Australian dollars in expression of their support to the national development drive. Moreover, members of the NUEW branch in Melbourne contributed 3,000 dollars.
