Luanda — The Angolan Government has been creating conditions for the holding of a worthy funeral of the victims of the collapsed building of the National Criminal Investigation Department (Dnic), that occurred last Saturday, Angop has learnt.
Speaking to the press, the co-ordinator of the Rescue Team, Eugenio Laborinho, said a meeting with representatives of the victims was held to discuss matters relating to the burial ceremony.
He stressed that a commission tasked with handling issues related to the funerals has been created and is due to meet on Tuesday. Eugenio Laborinho added that the date for the burial ceremony will be announced to the victim relatives as long as logistic conditions are set.
About 30 people have died so far, including 10 women.
