Luanda — Two people died and three were wounded during a car accident that occurred near the former Estalagem market in Viana district (Luanda), ANGOP learnt.
According to National Police officers contacted by ANGOP at the site, the accident happened at about 06:00 am and was due to over speeding that resulted in the off-tracking of the light vehicle.
In the sequence of the off-tracking, the doors of the vehicle opened and its passengers were jutted out.
The wounded people were taken to Josina Machel Hospital for medical assistance.
The source said that the driver is under arrest at Viana police station.
