The Shalom Victory Bible College, being the only and self-supporting Bible College in Gomoa District of Ghana is expected to be relocated in Liberia. The relocation of the college is part of an effort to contribute to the ongoing development in postwar Liberia.

The college was established in Ghana in 2004, emerging from a Bible training program formerly held under the supervision of Victory International Ministry with its headquarters in Tema-Accra-Ghana.

President of the college, Elder Leroy T. Gibson said the establishment of SVBC in Liberia will also be seen as a Biblical Training program under a newly established ministry called 'Apostolic Ministries of Africa' (AMAFRICA) which will serve as a parent ministry for several other programs including the biblical training programs in Liberia.

The new name of Shalom Victory Bible College in Liberia is expected to be "Shalom University College" (SUC).

Shalom Victory Bible College has had three major college graduation ceremonies apart from five other diploma graduation ceremonies with over 250 students graduated with certificates, diploma, associate of Arts, and bachelor of Divinity respectively.

On the question of whether the college will continue in Ghana, the president indicated that the chances are very slim, especially since the abrupt vacation of post by his Ghanaian partner who once served as registrar of the college.

He indicated that the continuation of the college in Ghana will rather depend on the availability of Ghanaians to takeover, coupled with the enrollment of more Ghanaian students.

At present, the college is still operating with three classes in session and, it is expected to graduate over 50 students in this year November 16-2008 with Bachelor of Divinity and Master of Divinity respectively.
