Luanda — The Angolan ambassador to the Republic of Zambia Saturday in Lusaka stressed the need for Angolan to be more cohesive in challenges of reconciliation and national reconstruction, so as to preserve peace, independently from their political differences.
Pedro Neto was speaking to the resident Angolan community, workers of the embassy and local journalists, on the occasion of the ceremony celebrating April 04, Peace and National Reconciliation Day in Angola, marked Friday.
According to the diplomat, the spirit of tolerance in the country and abroad should be inserted in each individual, compatriot or family with constructive attitudes, wisdom and humility, with view to build a nation for everyone in the certainty that the peace is irreversible.
Preceding the ambassador, leaders of the communities of Lusaka and Chingola-Coperbelt, in brief declarations were unanimous concerning enormous problems they face, mainly, the fear of finding difficulties in their insertion into the society after returning to Angola.
