Luanda — Angolan Public Works minister, Higino Carneiro, will travel on Tuesday to northern Zaire province for a two-day working visit during which he will learn about the ongoing rehabilitation of roads, Angop learned from an official source.
While in Zaire province, the minister will also award several undertakings.
The national road 111 which links Mbanza Kongo to Luanda, through Caxito (Bengo province), began to be asphalted this month, as announced Friday by the provincial governor, Pedro Sebastião.
