Windhoek Old Boys and DTS played to a thrilling 4-all draw in their Omina Supplies Men's Premier League hockey match on Friday evening.
Although not much weighed on the outcome of the match, since Unam had already wrapped up the league title the previous weekend, both sides gave an entertaining display of hockey.
Sedric Makati gave DTS an early lead after a fine solo goal but Archie Botha equalised for WOB from a short corner.
WOB took the lead through a great field goal by Bucko Bartlett that left his opponents chasing shadows.
WOB's goalie Chad Bullington pulled off two stunning saves from Wayne van der Linde in quick succession, but Van der Linde finally got the better of him when he stabbed in a centre by Makati.
Just before the break, Archie Botha scored his second goal following a quick counter-attack to put WOB 3-2 ahead.
Botha completed his hattrick with a goal from a short corner but DTS staged a fine comeback.
Two field goals by Makati made the final score 4-all and gave them a share of the spoils.
In a women's Premier League match, Wanderers kept their title aspirations alive with a 5-2 victory against WOB on Friday night.
Wanderers' goals were scored by Madelyn Lessing (2), Michelle le Roux, Juane Louw and Tanya Lumley, while Tegan Rix and Marcia Venter scored for WOB.

The women's Premier League is still wide open with WOB, Wanderers and Unam all still in with a chance to win the title.
WOB lead the log with 15 points but have one game remaining, while Wanderers and Unam who are both on 13 points, each have two matches remaining.
