Kampala — OVER 20 managers of national health programmes from eight developing countries have convened at Makerere University for a three-weeks training.
The course will equip the managers with skills of monitoring and evaluating maternal and new-born health programmes. It is being run in partnership with Ipact of the University of Aberdeen, which provides safe-motherhood expertise and training.
