Angola: Defence Minister Swears in Officials

Angola Defence minister, Kundi Paihama, Tuesday in Luanda, swore in a new counsellor and two provincial delegates, Angop learnt. The officials just sworn in are Pascoal Miguel Zombo Dilo, former National Airforce staff chief assistance, brig. José Ngoma Puati Paciência and col. Joaquim Silva Cardoso "Kandela".

The last two have been invested as provincial delegates for Social Security Savings of the Angolan Air Force in Cabinda and Benguela provinces, respectively.

On the occasion, the Defence minister appealed to the newly sworn in officials to perform their duties with responsibility and professionalism.

The ceremony that occurred on the premises of the Defence Ministry was witnessed by generals and top officers of the ministry and of the Angolan Armed Forces (FAA) staff.
