Angolan ambassador to Russia, Samuel Tito Armando, has highlighted, in Moscow, the importance of the "April 4" for the Angolan people in the reconstruction of infrastructures and consolidation of peace and harmony amongst brothers.

The Angolan diplomat made the remarks during a ceremony of celebration of the 6th anniversary of Peace and Reconciliation in Angola, on April 4, says a press release delivered Wednesday to ANGOP.

Samuel Tito Armando highlighted the effort made by the head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, to achieve peace and consolidate the national reconciliation process.

Attending the ceremony was also the head of African Department of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Andrey Kemarsky.
