Hammadi Maasinah
Now it has been provbeyond any reasonable doubt that these lackeys in Banjul are "reactioneries" and nothing but that. Who says they are not reacting to what Gambian intellectuals, journalists, critics and analysts are exposing on the government back home? Bravo to those who have been exposing the Jammeh government's decadence. Thanks to all gambian online papers or other avenues home and abroad. Exposing this government is a national duty all of us should be proud of. If Yahya jails anyone based on his latest acts,we will open the gates of Mile Two and honour them with medals when we reach the shores of radio syd. He knows that his days are numbered! His government or team of armed bandits has become a liability to The Gambia or West Africa in general. A government that spends all its time erecting defensive poles out of extreme paranoia, instead of working to enhance the lives of those people they are claiming to represent! By looking at the ongoing trend in Banjul one sees an extremely paranoid regime that is counting its days as a "survivor" not a "performer". Hear VP Isatou Njie Saidy coming into the house of representatives in full force "wishing" to send Gambian civil servants to serve a life imprisonment. For what? By refering to their codes of conduct that are based on dreams and witch hunting. Is this not the same Isatou some of us think is a "saint". She is "serpent-saint". A very deadly killer in hiding, using her innocent face to conceal her wrath. Last time it was Firdaus, today it is Isatou Njie Saidy. Wasn't Firdaus warned? Wasn't she told she will be ejected sooner than she expects it to happen? The Vice President Isatou Njie is what mandinkas call..."Nissih koto buka nyaamo tin'ynaa"-Old cows do not waste pasture! She knows how to help consolidate Yahya Jammeh's evil echelon of witch hunting more than the green leaves like Firdaus and others. That is why she stepped in to do more than she and Yahya expected from Firdaus. After all why not allow Firdaus propose the same bill being this laughable "Official Secrets Act"? She will never be allowed to do so because she herself and other SOSs will sooner or later fall victims of this very act of insanity from Yahya Jammeh once again. Yahya had this in his closet all along. He wants to use this act against people he perceives as "informants" to those of us who expose his "governance crisis" back home. As soon as this act is put in place people like Malick Jones,Mam Sait Ceesay and the PM from the forestry department should get ready! Yahya like he said after the march coup(?) has once again vowed in hiding to set an example by imprisoning people his drag net of witch hunting sees as "informants". He will use this same act to go after opposition members he has been trying to get all these years without success! This is an act no one! I mean no one! within the civil service is "immune" from. Another angle the state house is looking at right at this minute is how they could threaten everyone. To the extend that none would dare talk to others even where official duties are affected! Some of those targeted have access to vital information where national development is based on research. Will this not paralysed the regime further down the drain? You tell me! On the other hand this way all projects will be redirected to Yahya Jammeh and him alone! Lets say even if the law was meant to be for genuine reasons, there is a lot more missing along the way. Why wouldn't Yahya himself be more transparent here? What is the difference between Official Secrets and transparency? Why regurgitate a law that was passed in 1922? Why build more on it where he is calling himself a combattive anti colonialist? After all is this not a completion of what he started regarding the his Anti Terrorism Bill? Didn't we analyse that just last week? Now how about what we said on the internal aspects of the Jammeh regime trying to link local laws with those meant to be "internationalised"? What pleases me in these latest reactions from the regime is that they no longer see the internet as a place where frustrated opponents are yapping for nothing. The Yahya Jammeh government will come to learn worse lessons after passing their latest bills. I and others have already accessed deeper secrets of the government. Those secrets which are undermining our nation's future will be spread all over the world without any remorse what soever. There is no crime in exposing a blood diamond dealer,a man who sold Liberia's timber to help buy arms for Charles Taylor a war lord presently being tried in the Hague. A man who lied that he was offered a plane from Taiwan only for us to discover that it was our national coffers he weeded to get the aeroplane. A man who has bought huge palaces in Morocco,Guinea Conakry and getting ready to buy one in France.
The other side of the whole movie is this...VP Isatou Njie Saidy saw what we wrote about her on the April 10th massacre of school kids. She saw her speech of evil intensions released on line. She saw the promises we made therein getting ready to release worse evil secrets of their bad team of armed bandits calling itself a government. This is why she is active in passing this this so-called act of threats and witch hunting. Is there a government to protect here? Which government? There is no government in Banjul, all we have is a team of armed bandits led by a crude, uncut Yahya Jammeh. Thinking he can use threats to handle a dying system? Yahya is really, really sick in the head if he thinks I Hammadi and others will care about his latest bills. We have a package that will make him understand that power belongs to the people.
Gambian civil servants are being advised not to contact anyone near Hammadi. I will get the secrets from Jammeh's own house leaked to me without using any civil servant. Just watch me with Yahya Jammeh,he still needs to learn what determination means! He is yet to get in his head. I will make him get the idea with hard boulders raining on his head.
Another aspect to be watched is the fact that Yahya is lurking behind the scenes trying to silence those who were captured before but released. This time he will use the VP Isatou Njie Saidy's bill of paranoia and hypocrisy to cage more of his opponents. He will use the same bill to arrest former SOSs he is angry with, accuse them of leaking secrets then send them to mile two for life. Can you imagine the paranoia in Isatou Njie's head at the moment? Can you imagine the way Yahya sees himself as a powerful King-Kong? Thinking leaking his own dirty secrets is a national threat? Let him try to understand the difference between him following skirts as a shameless thief and national interest! Let him try to differentiate between what he does to bring our economy down and national interest. We will release all documents regarding Yahya Jammeh's corrpuption online one after the other. Let him get ready for worse days ahead! Him and Isatou Njie Saidy the cold serpent will seriously think about resigning by the time am ready with them! The more Yahya thinks he can threaten people the more he angers me. I will surely teach him lessons he will ever remember even when in his grave.
Look at what Isatou Njie Said here. Thinking about the dictatorial tendencies embedded in this USELESS INFANTILE ACT,if this is not disgraceful..Tell me what is? This lady deserves no respect whatsoever! Especially where she claims to be caring? Gambians will come to understand why I Hammadi would have sliced Isatou before any guillotine. She a silent adder and the brain child of a kingdom of "hooded vampires"! Infact we will now onwards be releasing the names attached to certain leakages if any of those sources is close to the interest zone of Yahya and Isatou. I can bet if we release some of our sources Yahya will repeal the laws he is passing now. All our sources are too close to General Tamba,Isatou Njie Saidy and Yahya Jammeh himself. Some are people Yahya will not even think about. Yahya how abour the day we release a source that is so close to your mother and wife? Will send them to jail too for life? This is a promise we will be giving you concrete evidences where you will realise that this law will end up sending your family members to Mile Two. This is far from over if I may give Yahya a simple reminder again. We will send the dice back to them just watch!
"......It would be noted that the Official Secrets Act was enacted in 1922 to prevent and provide penalties for any unauthorized disclosure of official documents and information including files, use of official secret codes and passwords as well as unauthorised retention, protection or use of official documents.
In a separate but related development, the National Assembly on the same day amended the National Security Agencies Bill establishing the National Security Agencies comprising the Military, Police, the Criminal Intelligence Agency, Military Intelligence Agency and Special Services Agency in addition to the National Intelligence Agency.
|
The bill tabled by the Vice President is said to be meant to strengthen The Gambia's national security against military and other related threats...."
