The business administration days are a prelude to the graduation of students in September.
The Catholic University of Central Africa organised a business administration days in the campus of the university in the Ekounou neighbourhood. The days dubbed MADE is organised by the first batch of students of the programme of Masters and Business Administration of the university. The days which began on March 9, ended last Wednesday with a round table conference in the auditorium Denis Maugenest in the campus. Theme of the conference was: "The importance of control management in Cameroonian enterprises". The days were organised ahead of the graduation of students programmed to take place in September.
According to one of the speakers, Dr. Nyengue Edimo Patrice, the information days are intended to give the students a chance to have knowledge of the reality in the field. In his expose, Dr Edimo Patrice talked on the definition of the concept and the evolution of the theme control of management in Cameroon. Created in 2006, the masters and business administration programme is a solution to the numerous difficulties of enterprises. The training goes above functional barriers and enables better understanding of an evolving environment. It helps develop individual capacities, attitudes and necessary values for a better management of affairs and a sensitisation on the knowledge of the enterprise. Apart from the round table conference, other activities earmarked by the institution include: a competition on the creation of enterprises, visit to the prison, as well as a seminar on the techniques of seeking employment to take place in Kribi.
