Angola's Presidential Tendency Union (UTPA) is holding an electoral civic education campaign in northern Kwanza Norte province, to sensitise youths turning 18 years of age until September this year to register, Angop learnt.

According to a UTPA note delivered to Angop, the campaign is part of the update of the electoral registration that started in April and is to end in May.

The documents signed by UTPA delegate to Kwanza-Norte, Inácio Henriques, states the campaign will reach all citizens who haven't so far registered.

Created in 1997, UTPA congregates three political parties and has representatives in the country's 18 provinces.
