Cabinda

The Provincial Management of Public Administration, Employment and Social Security Ministry (MAPESS) in northern Cabinda province is promoting this Thursday a workshop on public service, Angop learnt this Thursday.

The two-day workshop running under the motto" The quality and productivity in public service: Plan and conditions" is meant for public managers and employees linked to human resources as well as administration and finances.

According to the programme that Angop got access on Thursday, during the event will be discussed themes on the civil service, aiming a bigger engagement of the public services.

The workshop is divided into three panels, such as "Transparency as indicator of administration orientation", "The importance of the appraisal progress as a factor of cohesion between the public services and the citizen's practice" and "The administrative reform and measures of revitalisation".
