Harare — Every year, the World Health Organisation commemorates a Health Day universally, on April 7.
This year is extra special, as it is not only the 60th anniversary of the founding of the WHO, but also the 30th anniversary of a major, universal, paradigm shift to primary care at the summit, with Unicef, held at the former USSR conference at Alma Ata, now the city of Almaty in Kazakhstan.
