Tunis — A drilling permit dubbed 'Nabeul' was granted on Monday to the company "Reap Tunisia Gmbh", a subsidiary of the UK- based company CAIRN as well as to the Tunisian Enterprize of petroleum activities (ETAP).
"Nabeul", which is situated in the gulf of Hammamet covers an area of 3352 square kilometres.
The work program for the initial period has been set for 5 years and includes a geological study, as well as the drilling of an exploration well, at an investment cost of 6million dollars.
The convention relative to this agreement was signed by Mr Afif Chelbi, The Minister of Industry, Energy and Small and Medium Enterprizes, Mr Simon John Thompson, CEO of "Reap Tunisia Gmbh" and Mr Khaled Ben Cheikh, CEO of ETAP.
The ceremony was attended by the Secretary of State in charge of renewable energies and food industries.

I think you negroooeos mean to say the first in the Arab World and North Africa, not negroiiid Africa :) you say Africa because you want to falsely believe that you sub-saharan animals are capable of culture of advancement when in truth you are only good at reproducing like animals and robbing other countries (Egypt, GErmany) of their civilization. You negrooooes will never perform even on a donkey :) you cant even feed and clothe you savage people which is why you are trying like sad pathetic criminals to rob us of our achievements by claiming that it is a first for negroiiiid monkeys as though Africa were a village. Imagine a headline reading "first in Asia." You would never read this kind of line because black animals only inhabit sub-saharan Africa :) so dream on nigggggggers, and try to clothe your ugly kids and focus on what is attainable to the black animal rather than on what other civilizations that enslaved blacks, such as ours, are capable of.
