The NGO "Electoral Network" promotes since April 12, a cycle of lectures, at various institutions and wards of Cabinda city, on the disarming of citizens illegally owning firearms.

According to the programme, the event runs until April 20 and counts on the collaboration of Angolan Forum of Non Governmental Organisations (FONGA) and of the provincial command of the National Police.
