Angolan Oil minister, Desidério Costa Tuesday appealed, in north-east Lunda Sul province, to the youth for more dedication towards education, in order to assist the government on tasks for the region's development.

At the occasion, the minister stated that youth are a boosting force for the development of a nation or region, therefore the need for them to be well trained in order to meet the demands of this country or region.

Desidério Costa encouraged youths not to waste opportunities to enrol at education institutions, since, according to him it is the starting point for the future cadres for the development of the country, in general, and of the province, in particular.

"The participation of youths shall be necessary, and they should continue with the work they have been carrying out", stressed the official.
