The protracted criminal trial involving six former operatives of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA) was, on Monday, 14 April, 2008, adjourned for ruling on the no case submission filed by defense counsel, Lamin Jobarteh.
One of the accused persons, Salimina Drammeh had told the court that their counsel was sick. The magistrate at this juncture decided to adjourn the case.
It could be recalled that the six accused persons are standing trial for allegedly committing criminal trespass, abuse of office and theft.
