Angola: Dubai Companies to Invest in Country

Three renowned companies from Dubai are going to invest in the sector of construction of hotels in Angola, informed Wednesday, in Luanda, the Angolan Hotels and Tourism minister, Dinho Chingunji.

The official was speaking to the press at the "4 de Fevereiro" International Airport, moments before leaving for London, en route to Dubai. In Dubai the minister will participate in the International Summit on Investments, to take place on April 19-22.

"Dubai has an incredible know-how in terms of building and works conclusion and can help Angola in introducing new technologies and foreign investments, not only in the hotels sector but also in tourism", he added.

The future hotels will have, besides leisure areas, casinos, sport complexes and surrounding spaces for tourism.

"Dubai is a hot country and was built in a desert and as Angola came out of a war and everything is almost destroyed, the experience of that city will help the country to have some projects of high quality in the hotels sector", he highlighted.
