Angola: Huíla's Provincial Government Rehabilitates Fields

Lubango — One million and 200 dollars shall be spent, as from this April, by the government of south Huíla province, in the construction and rehabilitation of 12 soccer fields in the region, ANGOP learnt this Wednesday from the local director of Youth and Sports, Manuel Cafussa.

The localities of Nambambe, Calumbiro, Huíla, Arimba, Tchioco and Palanca will benefit from the works, which are part of the government's programme to improve the conditions for the practicing and spread of the sport.

Companies in charge of the works shall be presented this Wednesday, and the works will last 90 days. Huíla province has over one million youths, most of whom are members of sports associations.
