Athletic Sport Aviation (ASA) qualified on Tuesday for the final of the Angola Cup, in senior males basketball, by beating Interclube by 89-83, in the second leg, ten years after their last presence in the competition.

Filipe Abraão, with 18 points, was the man of the match, due to the excellent co-partnership with Francisco Gonçalves (16 points).

ASA, which was physically and psychologically strong, entered determined to beat an opponent that was not capable of overcoming the 10-point disadvantage of the first leg, in which they lost by 80-70.

ASA opted by managing the points difference until the final whistle, ending with a 89-83 victory.

With this result ASA qualified for the final, where they will face 1º de Agosto that beat Promade de Cabinda by 120-77, on Tuesday.
