Luanda — The Cabinet Council Wednesday in downtown Luanda approved the draft law on penitentiary and uniforms, people's degrees and emblems of specific careers of national prison services.

The Council of Ministers also approved the decree-law that establishes the social security system of Home Affairs Ministry and the decree that creates the social protection fund of the referred ministry and approved the respective organic statute.

The meeting is due to end this afternoon, and it is being chaired by the President of the Republic, José Eduardo dos Santos.

It is also analysing the country's political, economic and social issues.
