Luanda — Angolan international referees Osvaldo Neto and António Bernardo have been suspended by the technical commission of the Angolan Basketball Federation (FAB), following their absence in the national championship games.
According to a communiqué made available to Angop on Wednesday, Osvaldo Neto, who was suspended for eight days, did not show up in the match between Universidade Lusíada and Desportivo da Nocal, while his colleague, who was punished for 15 days, did not referee the game between Desportivo da Nocal and 1º de Agosto.
Francisco Tondo and Zinga Tuti, both table officials, were suspended for 15 and 30 days, respectively, for the same reason.
