17 April 2008

Luanda — The deputy minister of Industry, Abrahão Gourgel Wednesday defended at the opening of the conference of business opportunity, in Luanda, the need for the country to be committed to the training of human resources, so as to better develop its economic potential.

According to the official, taking this perspective into account, the Angolan State outlined strategies for various sectors of economic development, which include the sector of transforming industry.

According to Abrahão Gourgel, based on these strategies, the country might develop, among others, great potential in the fields of electrical energy, bearing in mind the number of rivers it has, what might boost its industrial production growth.

Jointly promoted by the National Agency for Private Investment (ANIP) and the Austrian Business Delegation, the workshop is being used by both parties to achieve various investments.
