Luanda — Angolan head of State, José Eduardo dos Santos, analysed Thursday in Luanda with the China Development Bank's deputy governor, Gao Jian, issues related to co-operation between national authorities and financial institutions.
Speaking to the press at the end of the audience, Gao Jian, who is in Angola since Tuesday for the establishment of a new model of cooperation, said that is bank intends to establish a system of work based on co-participation of risks.
He expressed the wish of his institution to participate in the efforts of national reconstruction since China has a rich experience in building infra-structures.
He also assured that Angolan Government's Public Investment Programme might be financed by China Development Bank, the biggest financial institution of that Asian nation.
